Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Integrative Minds Inc. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.

Integrative Minds Inc. provides various materials, information, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, news and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). Integrative Minds Inc. authorizes each User to view and download one copy of the Materials. Materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site.

The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada. Failure to enforce strict performance of the Terms of Use of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. 9. Effective Date and Updates
The Terms are effective as of January 1, 2021 and are subject to change without notice by Integrative Minds Inc. at any time. Please check for changes regularly. Your use of this Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
10. Refunds & Cancellation
We offer a money back guarantee to all our participants if you notify us IN WRITING within 24-hours of placing the online order.

The participant has NOT EXCEEDED the MAXIMUM training TIME ALLOWED for ANY online course:
Courses with a TOTAL course time of 2-hours to 7-hours, 59 minutes: 30 minutes MAXIMUM
Courses with a TOTAL course time of 8-Hours or more: 45 minutes MAXIMUM
If the request is made AFTER 24-hours OR the participant has completed MORE THAN the MAXIMUM allotted training time (indicated above), your tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE.
However, we will be glad to work with you in providing a transfer to a different course we offer of similar price.
Other Terms and Conditions:
In General, participants have 90 days (3-months) to complete an online course.
Course Extension Policy:
Participants generally have 90-120 days from the date of registration to complete all online courses. Students may request an extension provided the request is made BEFORE the training course expires.
All online courses have a final exam. Students must receive a passing grade to be issued a certificate of completion.
